Empowering you to lead your healthiest and happiest life.
Welcome to Mind & Body Adelaide — where strength, story & healing meet
If you're here, chances are something inside you is shifting. You're ready to grow, heal, and build a life that feels more you. At Mind & Body Adelaide, I support women who want more than just balance — they want transformation, self-trust, and a steadfast connection to who they are.
my Mission
I created Mind & Body Adelaide because I know what it's like to rebuild after hardship — to feel lost, uncertain, and disconnected from yourself. Through my own journey of healing, training, and self-discovery, I realised that our most powerful transformation comes when we connect our mindset, our body, and our story in a meaningful way.
My mission is to help women:
Rise from pain and adversity
Build authentic self-worth
Reconnect with their intuition
Use movement as a tool for healing
Step into a life of joy, purpose and empowerment
Who I Help.
You might be here because you:
Are navigating a difficult season (grief, relationship trauma, self-doubt)
Feel disconnected from your body or mind
Want to trust yourself again — and not just in theory
Crave confidence, clarity, and direction
Believe there is more for your life, but you don’t know what “more” looks like
If that resonates… you’re absolutely in the right place.

My story.
My path hasn’t been linear. Before this, I worked for over a decade as a dietitian — helping people with food, health, and wellbeing. But life challenged me deeply. I faced trauma, loss, and moments where I had to rebuild myself from the ground up. Through that healing process, I began reimagining what “helping others” truly meant, and my work naturally shifted toward mental health, empowerment, and holistic transformation.
I’ve also been an endurance athlete for years — triathlon, cycling, and long-distance challenges have always been a core part of my life. For me, big physical challenges aren’t a distraction; they’re a catalyst. They push me mentally and physically, helping me build resilience, discipline, and a strong sense of self. Every climb, every race, every hard moment on the road has shaped how I show up in the world — and how I support the women I work with.
Now, I bring that full lived experience into Mind & Body Adelaide. My approach isn’t just about mental wellness or physical strength — it’s about helping women create a life they trust through every part of themselves: their story, their mindset, and their body..
Values and Philosophy
Values and Philosophy
Healing through Strength: We don’t hide from pain — we lean into it, learn, and rise.
Whole-Self Transformation: Mind, body, story — they all matter.
Empowerment Over Perfection: Growth is messy. It’s not about being flawless but being real.
Connection & Community: You don’t have to do this alone. Growth happens together.
Authenticity & Vulnerability: My story is real. I share because I believe in the power of truth.
If you are ready to begin.
To rise, heal, and become more deeply yourself — I’d love to walk this path with you.

FAQs
-
The initial consultation provides an opportunity for us to get to know you and best understand your current goals and challenges. We will discuss your medical history, medications, movement, eating habits and dietary intake. At the end of the consultation, we will work with you to fill in the gaps of your nutrition knowledge and provide a plan which includes some goals and recommendations to pursue ahead of the follow up consultation.
-
During follow up sessions, your dietitian will review your progress. This might look like discussing some of the positive outcomes since the prior consult, as well as discussing some challenges you may have experienced. Your dietitian will always practice in a non-judgemental, kind and supportive manner. We will work collaboratively to set realistic strategies to best achieve your goals.

Telehealth involves having a consultation online, via video call or telephone. Telehealth is a great option if you can’t access a clinic, or if you’re unwell and need to self-isolate. Telehealth consultations are both convenient and easy to access. We offer two Telehealth consultation options: phone and video (Microsoft Teams).

Great question! In Australia there is a difference between dietitians and nutritionists. A nutritionist may be a tertiary qualified nutrition professional that has the expertise to provide a range of evidence based nutrition services related to nutrition, public health nutrition, policy and research, and community health. It’s important to note that the term ‘nutritionist’ is not regulated. Therefore, this title may be used by dietitians, nutrition scientists and nutrition graduates – and also those with very limited qualifications in nutrition.
Alternatively, dietitians are also qualified to provide this range of evidence based nutrition services, but in addition, dietitians have the expertise to provide individual dietary counselling, medical nutrition therapy, group dietary therapy and food service management.
