A dietitian turned mindset & wellbeing coach, domestic violence survivor, Ironman finisher and storyteller — Mattea brings lived experience, compassion, and real-world wisdom to help women rise after difficult seasons and rebuild a life they love.

    I have learnt so much from the Nutrition and Mindset program. It has helped me so much with my binge eating and the understanding of having a balanced diet and a freedom of food!
